Sports Photography Coverage
Introduction
Weir Photography is often commissioned to cover various sporting events for clubs,
local authorities, MOD and for general PR. We also work on a freelance basis for
newspapers, sporting magazines and image libraries.
We are equipped with the same low light Nikon cameras and lenses used by full
time sports photographers, as they are also an essential element of modern wedding
and commercial photography using natural light.
Our aim is to capture not only the tremendous skills and abilities of the athletes
in action, but also the passions and emotions of those involved in the game.
The best sports photojournalism also tells the story of what happened in the event.
We have a passion for all types of photography and welcome the opportunity
